Set up cities

World Clock Deluxe lets you quickly specify the locations of the participants of the conference call or videoconference you are organizing.

To add a city to the Meeting Planner:

Click the Add (+) button at the bottom of the table. Then do any of the following:

  • Choose Add City from the pop-up menu. Select a city in the dialog and click OK.

  • Choose a favorite city from the pop-up menu.

    Use favorite cities

  • Choose one of the cities you have associated to your clocks from the pop-up menu.

The new city will appear to the right of the last column in the table. To move it to another position, click its column header and drag the column in the table.

To specify your home city:

  • If you aren't showing Coordinated Universal Time in the Meeting Planner, click your home city in the table header and drag it so that it becomes the first column in the table.

  • If you are showing Coordinated Universal Time in the Meeting Planner, click your home city in the table header and drag it so that it becomes the first column after the UTC column in the table.

Time slots will start at 12:00 AM in your home time zone.

Editing locations is also very easy. You can quickly replace or remove cities if you no longer need them.

To replace a city in the Meeting Planner:

  1. Click the city in the table header to select its column.

  2. Choose Replace City from the Action pop-up menu (looks like a gear) at the bottom of the table.

  3. Select a new city in the dialog and click OK.

To remove a city from the Meeting Planner:

  1. Click the city in the table header to select its column.

  2. Click the Remove (-) button at the bottom of the table or press the Delete key.
