Screen locking, sleep, restart, shutdown, and logout

With Application Wizard you can lock your screen while you are away from your computer, put your computer to sleep, restart it, shut it down, and log out of your user account.

Task

Action

Lock your screen

Display the Special menu and choose Login Window.

Use the "Show login window" keyboard shortcut.

Put your computer to sleep

Choose Sleep from the Special menu.

Restart your computer

Choose Restart from the Special menu.

Shut down your computer

Choose Shut Down from the Special menu.

Log out

Choose Log Out from the Special menu.
