With Application Wizard you can easily quit, launch, or relaunch the Finder.
Relaunch the Finder
Choose Relaunch Finder from the Special menu.
Use the "Relaunch Finder" keyboard shortcut.
Force the Finder to quit and relaunch it
Display the Special menu, hold the Option key, and choose "Force Quit & Relaunch Finder".
Quit the Finder
After having added the "Quit/Launch Finder" item to the Special menu, choose Quit Finder from the Special menu.
