World Clock Deluxe lets you copy a time zone so that you can then edit it and quickly create a new time zone.
Choose View > Cities & Time Zones.
Select the time zone, click the Add (+) button at the bottom of the list, and choose Duplicate Time Zone.
Change the new time zone as needed and click OK.
Note: Internet Time can't be duplicated.
