World Clock Deluxe provides over 200 time zones and world times, but you can add other time zones if you need them.
Choose View > Cities & Time Zones.
Click the Add (+) button at the bottom of the time zones list and choose New Time Zone.
Type your new time zone's name and abbreviation in the "Time zone" and "Abbreviation" fields.
Choose a time zone type (standard or daylight).
Enter your new time zone's standard offset from Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). To switch to negative UTC offsets, click the +/- button.
Click the Calculate Longitude button to automatically enter your new time zone's longitude. Alternatively, you can type a longitude in the Longitude field. To switch to West longitudes, click the E/W button.
Click OK to close the dialog and add the new time zone.
