World Clock Deluxe uses geographical coordinates to sort clocks by longitude or longitude offset.
Choose Help > Look Up Latitude & Longitude. Your browser will take you to the GeoNames website.
Choose a country from the "all countries" pop-up menu, type the name of the city in the text field, and click "search".
