You can use Application Wizard to run AppleScripts.
Run an AppleScript
Select the AppleScript in the Special menu and choose Run Script.
Run an AppleScript located in the Scripts folder
After having added the Scripts folder to the Open menu, display the menu and choose the AppleScript from the folder’s submenu.
Run an AppleScript belonging to a group
Display the Open menu and choose the AppleScript from the group’s submenu.
Note: Application Wizard does not run AppleScripts when you choose a group’s Open All command or select the group in the Open menu.
