With Application Wizard you can relaunch the Dock application.
Relaunch the Dock
After having added the “Relaunch Dock” item to the Special menu, choose Relaunch Dock from the Special menu.
Use the “Relaunch Dock” keyboard shortcut.
Force the Dock to quit and relaunch it
After having added the “Relaunch Dock” item to the Special menu, display the Special menu, hold down the Option key, and choose “Force Quit and Relaunch Dock”.
