By default, Application Wizard lists groups alphabetically in the Open, Quit, and Switch menus, but you can turn automatic sorting off and manually rearrange groups as you like.
Open Application Wizard.
On macOS 13 or later, choose Application Wizard > Settings. On macOS 12 or 11, choose Application Wizard > Preferences. Then click Groups.
If you want to arrange groups and applications or AppleScripts manually, choose Manual from the Sorting section of the Action pop-up menu.
If you want to arrange groups manually, but keep applications and AppleScripts sorted alphabetically, choose Applications/Scripts from the Sorting section of the Action pop-up menu.
Drag groups in the list to rearrange them.
