Customizing the Clocks palette pop-up menu

World Clock Deluxe lets you customize the pop-menu that appears when you click any clock in the palette. You can add your local date and time to the pop-up menu, decide which clocks should be displayed, and show daylight-saving time transitions.

To configure the Clocks palette pop-up menu, choose World Clock Deluxe > Preferences, click Menus in the toolbar and select Palette in the Menu pop-up menu.

To show your local date or time in the pop-up menu, select the Weekday and/or Date and/or Time checkboxes. To display your local time with seconds or show its offset from UTC, select the Display time with seconds and Display time with UTC offset checkboxes.

By default World Clock Deluxe lists all your clocks in the pop-up menu. To display only the clocks that are visible in the palette, select the Palette clocks radio button. Conversely, to list only the clocks that are hidden in the palette, select the Other clocks radio button. If you prefer not displaying clocks in the pop-up menu, deselect the Show clocks checkbox.

If you would like to know when your clocks will switch to daylight-saving or standard time, select the Show daylight-saving time transitions checkbox. The pop-up menu will list when (and in how many days) each city will switch to daylight-saving or standard time and mark the clocks that are about to change with an asterisk (*).
