Updating rates automatically

To automatically update rates over the Internet, choose File > Update Rates.

Currency Assistant contacts servers, downloads data and updates rates. If any rates cannot be updated, Currency Assistant displays an alert and allows you to show the full update log for more details.

If for some reason you wish not to automatically update rates for specific currencies, choose File > Currencies, select each of them in the list, click the abbreviation in the Update column and choose Manual from the pop-up menu.

To quickly check when you last updated rates, display the File menu or the Action pop-up menu.
