Updating rates at startup

Currency Assistant lets you automatically update rates at startup.

Choose Currency Assistant > Preferences to open the Preferences window and click the Rates Update button in the toolbar. Choose Always from the "Update rates at startup" pop-up menu to automatically update rates over the Internet each time you open Currency Assistant. Alternatively, you can automatically update rates at startup once a day or once a week.

After updating rates at startup, Currency Assistant displays an alert if any rates could not be updated. If you prefer not showing this alert, choose "Do nothing" from the "After updating rates at startup" pop-up menu. On the contrary, if you wish to always examine the update log, choose "Show log" from the "After updating rates at startup" pop-up menu.
