General settings

Click to turn Application Wizard on so that you display the Open, Quit, Switch, and Special menus and use single application mode and keyboard shortcuts.

When Application Wizard is off, menus are not accessible, single application mode cannot be used, and keyboard shortcuts are inactive, but you can edit menus, groups, custom applications, keyboard shortcuts, and window restoration.

Select to show the menu panel, a small translucent panel located along the side of the screen. The menu panel contains four colored buttons and lets you display the Open, Quit, Switch, and Special menus.

Choose where you want to position the menu panel: under the menu bar or along the left, bottom, or right side of the screen. After positioning it, you can slide it along the screen side.

Choose the size of the menu panel: small or big.

Select to hide the menu panel and show it just when you need it by moving the pointer to the panel’s position on the side of the screen.

Click to rearrange buttons in the menu panel and hide buttons you do not use. To rearrange buttons, drag items in the list. To show or hide buttons, select or deselect their Show checkboxes.

Select to show the Application Wizard four colored buttons towards the right end of the menu bar and use them to display the Open, Quit, Switch, and Special menus.

Select to focus on the foreground application by automatically hiding all the inactive applications.
