If you have more utilities adding status items to the menu bar, the position of Application Wizard in the menu bar will depend on the order in which your utilities are launched.
Control-click the buttons' background. Then:
To force Application Wizard to appear to the left of all your other status items, choose "Position on Left" from the pop-up menu.
To position Application Wizard between your status items and Apple menu extras, choose "Position Centrally" from the pop-up menu.
To show Application Wizard to the right of Apple menu extras, immediately before the Spotlight icon, choose "Position on Right" from the pop-up menu.
Alternatively, you can control Application Wizard's position in menu bar by opening the Application Wizard pane in System Preferences, clicking General, and choosing a position from the "Position in menu bar" pop-up menu.
